Angling in the Limfjord

A stellar line-up of Denmark's best sea trout rivers supplies the Limfjord with a large number of fish. The varied coastal types invite you to fish, and the geographical conditions make it possible to always find a good spot - whatever the weather.

Near Farsø Fjord Camping you'll find the fishing spot at Risgaard Bredning.

The reef at Risgårde is a really nice spot. The water is shallow, but when the water level in the fjord is normal to high, the fishing for sea trout on the reef can be fantastic. The fish are often caught right under the shore, so it's worth fishing the entire reef from the shore before you wade out.

You park on the roadside of Nakkevej. From here, it's just under 1.5 kilometres to walk along Nakkevej and along the beach.
